US forces given no flag order, to keep them from appearing as invaders. Specialist John Garcia said "When they're [other countries who aren't supporting the US] in trouble, they don't call Russia, China, France, Turkey; they call 911, the United States;" it seems it could potentially dampen US troops' morale.
